Wow, the WeenieWorld Secret Police! When I worked at Busch Gardens, the hospitality section hired “shoppers” who would visit the shops and restaurants where they would rate the service, occasionally ask difficult questions, intentionally miscount money and see how employees responded to certain complaints. They did catch a few thieves and they also got more than a few employees sent to a seminar on customer relations for providing less than “Busch Friendly” service. I am going to guess most corporations use these “secret shoppers” in some way or form.

Must be that manager. But even if that’s so…Delta was a great employee. You don’t fire people like her. You would set up employees you either want to get rid of or, at least, don’t care about losing. Like Brad. LOL. Can’t wait to see if it’s the manager skimming off the top.
