Lucy storms through the house wearing a frown.<BR><BR> She yells,"All right, everybody out of my beanbag chair!!"<BR><BR> She stands next to the beanbag as Linus jumps out.<BR><BR> She looks down at it and exclaims,"I said, everybody!"<BR><BR> She sits and watches as Snoopy jumps out of the beanbag.<BR><BR> As she leans back in the beanbag, she exclaims,"Apparently some people just don't listen! I said Everybody!"<BR><BR> She closes her eyes as Woodstock flies out of the beanbag.<BR><BR>

Panel 7 could be a PERFECT example of a person specifically saying, and meaning “ALL, with ABSOLUTELY NO exceptions,” in general, ESPECIALLY when the person in question really is a #1 crab!

And that’s JUST what Lucy implies, of course: “Apparently some people either JUST DON”T listen, or JUST DON"T understand! I SPECIFICALLY SAID EVERYBODY, and THAT is what I SPECIFICALLY MEANT!" Then, in closing panel, as Woodstock hustles out, Lucy must be like,“THANK YOU, for FINALLY getting the message!”

There might still be some bedbugs in there… or beanbagbugs?
If not that, then some fleas from Snoopy, bird mites from Woodstock, and in any case, an horde of dust mites.
