Peppermint Patty sits at her classroom desk and turns to Marcie saying,"Put away that history book, Marcie....Art is next!"<BR><BR> She bends over desk drawing and exclaims,"I love art class!" She holds the paper up in the air and continues,"How's this, Ma'am? Twenty-four cows standing in a pasture...each one rendered in exquisite detail!"<BR><BR> She lies on horizontally on the back of her chair, with her head bent over her desk. She says,"Maybe I'll add some sheep, and rabbits and squirrels...."<BR><BR> She sits on Marcie's desk and leans back on Marcie's face. She exclaims,"Ah! A gorgeous pastoral setting!"<BR><BR> She stands on Marcie's desk and places her drawing on Marcie's face. She says,"Now, I'll color the sky blue, the grass green and put in some yellow flowers..."<BR><BR> She sits on Marcie's head and looks at her drawing. She exclaims,"Wow! What a picture! What an artistic triumph!"<BR><BR> She sits on the back of Marcie's chair, with her feet on Marcie's back; she exclaims,"Marcie! You haven't drawn a thing!" Marcie replies,"Some of us are just patrons of the arts, sir."<BR><BR>
