I tried one of those pistol-type thermometers by pointing it at a clear nite sky. It went straight to minus 40!! (as low as it will read!)

If it just says zero Eddy might be right. Is there a weather channel that strictly heeds ISO units of measurement?

In the metric (Celcius) system, zero is the freezing point of water, 100 is the boiling point, at least at sea level. So Eddie will be shocked to learn just how much colder than zero it’s possible to get. Try -37°C with wind chill of -49 sometime!

This cartoon is me trying to predict weather a month or so in advance. I don’t know about you guys, but it’s not zero here. I missed.

This is funny!! Zero Celsius is not that bad……but I can agree it’s a good reason to stay in bed.

There is a temperature scale where zero means no heat at all, but it’s not one of the ones in everyday use.

Now zero degrees Kelvin would not be too good…
