I’m dense this morning and not getting the joke. Didn’t Andy already say the answer was no?

Paige isn’t that dumb, she is just bad at studies

Paige knows how to get things done.

Paige could have finished her homework in the time it took her to come up with the phrasing for that question.

It took me a while, but basically her answer to the question of “do you mind …?” was “No” as in “No, I don’t mind”.
