I know Shaky, Jr is a chain smoker, but I think it is very rude of him to smoke on Tess’ property without asking permission first. If I were her, I’d ask him to put out that cancer stick, immediately.

I kind of like the B&W for this installment. Reminds me nostalgically of the DT strips when I first started reading them back in the 60’s during the Matty Square/Mr. Bribery period.

I have a Comics Kingdom subscription, but I can’t find Dick Tracy there. How did you find it?

After getting used to gaily color strips even if the colorist sometimes make questionable choices, this comes off as blech and white.

Can I say " Uncle and nephew: two peas in a pod" even when uncle is dead fish dead? If Tess isn’t on the alert, her P.I. license should be revoked!

How devious can Shaky Mk.2’s plan be?

Panel 03: Tess repeatedly stabbing the emergency alert button direct to Dick Tracy on her two-way wrist gizmo.

Now that Tess is aware this Shaky is related to the original Shaky, I wonder if she’ll do the Calling Dick Tracy on a wrist radio.

One interesting part about this new storyline is the original Shaky perished due to freezing. Pruneface was originally thought dead due to freezing to death. I guess reviving the original Shaky because he too froze to death is considered bad form? If you know what I’m saying.

I don’t think Tess HAS a 2-way radio.Honeymoon has one,but not Tess.
