Well, we all know how it’s come out so far. But all this home schooling starting a few months ago may actually manage to put a dent into the (insane, imo) idea that you can test (teaching) quality into the product (educated students).
PS: Yes, as an engineer, I’m very much aware of the truth that you cannot test quality into your product (you can, however, discover regression… which is well worth doing in most engineering endeavors)
In other words, anything that actually elevates a student but which doesn’t translate into a buck in the pocket. Got it. (SO grateful my son is well beyond the reach of schools.)
