Aha…..his hobby is called Safety First…..or something.

Today’s strip get the ‘best laugh’ award this morning. :)

He’s a Floridian.

that describes 70% of the drivers around these parts…

But he’s never quite sure that he wants to turn anyway.

“On Tuesdays, we get together and play “Name That Ailment”.

Some people have a different idea of what hobbies are than others.

And I wear a hat while doing it.

Anyone past the age of 40 surely must be incapable of frank self-assessment if they’re retaining the services of a dating agency.

Here in Maine there is a road (rt.27) it’s a 2 lane blacktop very curver and hilly once followed a RV for about 30 miles with its turn signal on . The only side roads are logging roads.! This road is the road in which the song Tombstone every mile is based on.

If you don’t like the way I drive, get out of the slow lane.

My car sends me a message if the blinker is on too long.

At least he uses a turn signal….90% of drivers today don’t know what a turn signal IS. (They don’t know what Stop Signs are, either).

My wife says I’ve had that hobby for years.

Inciting road rage is a bad idea. Most people in my area have a gun in their car.

Sometimes he turns in the direction of the turn signal. Some times to confuse other drivers he turns in the other direction. And to make sure other drivers are paying attention he steps on the brake for no reason.

He does this while driving right down the middle of the road.

While in the passing lane…

I wonder if you can tell his political leanings from which signal is on?

Dang.. that was you I was behind the other day. Should have known.

Has driver’s license since WWI. Doesn’t realize there are other people on the road.

They charge him too much to refill the blinker fluid, but he thinks it is worth it.

Anyone else remember the Al Capp character who always drove at a ‘safe, sane 17-1/2 miles per hour’, with traffic backed up for miles behind him?

When seniors get hearing loss, it’s usually the upper registers that go first. Turn signals are high-pitched, so if one is hard enough of hearing, one doesn’t hear it at all.

I KNEW it !!! Lol

Not just old people do that!

I like watching zig-zagging speeders in my rear view mirror and move between cars to block them.

Sitting in a parking spot indefinitely with his backup lights on.

I had an elderly relative that didn’t stop at stop signs, but stopped at green lights—-they might turn red.

Biz’s dates will all be BC (or BCE, if that’s how you roll).

In other words, “I like encouraging dangerous behavior in other drivers to get my jollies.” To top it off, he probably speeds up when people try to go around him.
