This is the precursor to a bit that I think was the opening scene in “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” Charlie is raking leaves and as one drifts down from a tree, Snoopy blows on it, manipulating it and keeping it in the air until it lands right on top of the pile.
