My wife gets a headache due to AC at the office. I suggested she wear her face mask, see if it still happens. She will be going in today, I am looking forward to seeing if my suggestion works.
Actually, current research shows that avoiding sun exposure is bad for you as the body needs it to make vitamin d and other things. Unless you’re going to be out in direct sun long enough to burn it’s better not to wear sunscreen.
