Well, you should have a goal or an achievement for exercising.

I’m afraid all that is left is carrot and zucchini cakes.

With proper motivation we can work miracles!

“Regime” is being used differently now, but “regimen” is still more to the point.

They get there and they realise that the cake shop is open for an extra hour so therefore all that running was for nothing.

Sucky ending but it is Monday. That’s my excuse.

My weekend break was fulfilling. And I do indeed hate it when that happens.

It was my Mum’s birthday on Saturday and she got spoilt with flowers, cards and presents. She still has a present to come from me (she knows about it) I ordered it from Amazon. I got one for myself when it was my birthday last year.

It’ll be your birthday soon. 1st August, right? How young will you be this year?

I’m at the hairdressers tomorrow to get my dead ends cut off and styled into 2 French braids. According to some DNA testing I done, I’m ethnically 4% French.
