I guess these two thought Rip looked a little bored.

I’m guessing these two either don’t know who Rip is or believed that Rip Haywire was some sort of villain urban legend.

One would hope that either Skull has changed their medical insurance carrier since their last encounter with RIp, that these two are getting “getting beat up by RIp Haywire” bonus pay, or, that they opted for the deluxe insurance package.
