I’m unfortunately one of those who can’t tolerate gluten. I love bread and baked goods, but over the years, I had been developing increasing digestive problems and I’d been trying to figure out what was going on. I didn’t have any luck until, for a lark, I decided to try to go gluten-free for a couple of weeks. It made a huge change! Not only did my digestive issues change, but I felt noticeably more energetic. Now I avoid gluten but try to do this quietly and not make an issue of it.
