Yeah, they should have gone with the Title IX storyline. Once again, a comic strip’s attempt to be relevant falls flat. Why am I not surprised?

There must be at least four different threads to this confusing adventure. The Assistant Coach from Hell is back again. Will she still be trying to make her move on Jo-Al. She seems shorter now, with an aggressive grip on her jacket lapels - “large and in charge.” Hobart (what a stupid name!) is a very unpleasant bean-counter, How are Derek and the band getting on? And Jo-Al and the boyfriend? Do not send your kids to Milford High.

if two high school gym teachers have a poolboy, then maybe there is something to “fat cat contracts”

I an see it now, the strip continues and gains national notoriety as the demolition of High School teaching staffs at contract time gains the sobriquet of “Hobarting”

So when it becomes public the school board wants to break the teachers union, the students protest by carrying signs that say (wait for it)

“Don’t Hobart this joint”

The ladies are getting kind of close to the large and in charge comment… I thought this comic was supposed to be rated G.

What’s the deal with #6 in P3? Why is there an arm around her and where is it coming from? It’s not the right angle to be from the girl next to her. Some kind of deformity?
