As one of the last people to follow old-fashioned manners, his mom should know you never call before 9:00 am.

I wish I could call my mom for a Saturday morning chat but do not miss the calls that seemed to come when you were just trying to get the family going in the right direction and on time.

Yeah, it’s not like Marcy and Joe are exhausted and need all the rest they can get after all.

Joe should have just said “Sorry, Mom, we need to sleep, talk to you later” and hung up.

How can March go back to sleep after that? I’ve heard of people who set their alarm 30 minutes before they actually have to get up and then hit the snooze alarm a few times. Can they go back to sleep knowing the alarm will go off in 10 minutes? I couldn’t do that.

My First mother in law would do this. She’d come back from Garage Sale shopping and call at 7 am (or earlier) on Saturdays.

wow, she is SUCH a bitch, anyone in MY family who pulled this crap would get frozen out for at least a week
