Laura, stop gloating. For Adam’s sake, stop talking.

Time to read it, offer some minor edits, and see if you can get coauthor credit.

When you write a novel it is fiction. Fiction isn’t real and thus non-truth. A non-truth is a lie.

Adam is right to be upset. It’s unsettling to be married to someone who can lie so easily. ;-)

And now she’s drinking the coffee! Maybe this is another dream sequence? Or nightmare?

Novel concept.

Maybe Adam needs a Laxative.

Ow! That’s just mean. Brilliant! But mean.

“Maybe I’m a natural?” Yep, unlike all those famous authors who have to write outlines, multiple drafts, and actually spend (a lot of) time writing.

I see a retirement coming.

Adam. Encourage her. Get interested. Ask to read it. If you think it’s good get it to one of your publishers. More money means a bigger paid off house with room for a pony….

Laura…are you trying to kill him or is that YOUR WAY to force him to write more seriously?

For her it’s natural. For him, it’s like a kidney stone.

I’m sure this arc will end by Saturday and they’ll be on to another one on Monday, but I can’t wait to see how this one goes. I still say if Adam relaxed and thought about it he’d jump at the chance to just goof off all day legitimately.

A severe challenge to Adam’s ego and masculinity.

I’ve never published anything, but I have so many ideas. It was hard to get any down, but once I finished that first one writing a few more didn’t seem so hard.
