I frequently look for Fox News articles on line for two reasons:
1. To find out what propaganda they are broadcasting. Some of it is outright lies. For example if someone wants to “dismantle the corruptions in the justice system,” Fox reports it as “dismantling the justice system.”
2. Without doing this, the bots of advertisement serve me ONLY news articles it thinks I like to read. The web is set up to build echo chambers for you.
Having said that I am getting very interesting results lately. I needed a number of images from the KKK and Nazis for some research I’m doing.
Tried a new approach to tv news. I don’t watch it. Within a short time the absence of it brightened my days and helped me avoid the depression from constant repeats. false new, breaking news, and just plain useless news. Set dvr to pick up only local weather, 15 min/day. Works for me.
Fox news is what the National Enquirer would look like if it had a TV show. We have fallen so low since Walter Cronkite, and the Huntley-Brinkley report.
I have relied on Reuters, com for a couple of years, but recently I found aljazeera.com. I originally thought they would be as biased as US news, but instead they appear to be the least biased news I have found. Even Reuters has their pet subjects, even if they do treat them more or less evenhandedly.

Some and none of what you hear
But I can’t help but be confused

Look on the bright side.
At least you were handed any new “commandments.”
