In panel 3 she just realized that now? Lecturing Nancy has been futile for the past 80 years since Bushmiller took paintbrush to paper.
At first I thought Fritzi was wrong, and that for instance laying on the grass under a tree on a sunny day was pretty easy and well worth doing.
Then I realised how difficult it is to arrange circumstances so you can do that, and her wisdom was revealed to me.
Circular logic always wins.
Should be very easy indeed.
In my day, you wouldn’t have sassed back like that or there would have been consequences.

Those categorical statements will bite you much of the time.
I refuse to learn life lessons. It’s my credo.
This sounds like something I would have said when I was a kid. It’s a wonder my mother didn’t slap me silly.
