If it is hot enough to ignite thin paperboard, then it is hot enough melt rubber (shoe soles, tires, etc.) & plastic which is not thermo-resistant, & sear leather. Surely stay off of that, even with shoes on, unless they have thick metal soles. If the sunshine got the concrete that hot, the thought of how hot it made dark asphalt frightens me.
