    It is. Interleague play was instituted as a way to get fans back into the stands after the 1994 lockout. Time to end it. 18 games against each division member and 9 against every other league member will get you to 162.

    I remember reading a funny sci fi story about baseball. They had a very tiny, but very strong, alien as a batter. He was SO tiny . . . . he had NO strike zone!
