Touchy topic.

How much age difference is there between Michael and Elizabeth? There was four years between myself and my younger sister; we may as well have been on different planets.

Well, if she is an airhead, then smoking the cigs in her ear wouldn’t do much damage. Except you’d have to call her a smoke filled air head instead.

Ugh. No addiction if done right? Really, Dawn?

How is Liz going to get the reeking smell off her clothes & her breath? I bet she didn’t think of that..

I hope Michael will take care of it by leaving it between the two of them, without saying a word to the parents.

All three of these girls are idiots. Candace is an idiot for starting this, Dawn and Liz are idiots for following her, and Liz is especially an idiot for pushing her own brother away.

“I don’t need you to worry for me, ‘cause I’m alright. I don’t want you to tell me it’s time to come home. I don’t care what you say anymore, this is my life. Go ahead with your own life, leave me alone…..(keep it to yourself, it’s my life)..”

No matter how well you dress or what you ware if you smoke you stink.

Trashy people smoke cigarettes.

The price of freedom is the cost of bad choices. The gift of freedom is the reward of good choices. Chose wisely.

Cigarettes in New York City are as much as $14.00 a pack. If you smoke about a pack a day, that’s around $420 a month. That would make a nice car payment or put a lot of food on the table!

I used to ask smokers if they’d like to have an extra $1k a year. They’d always say “YEAH!”. Then I’d tell them all they had to do was quit smoking. Per kingbrlee, I need to adjust my projections ;) — $5K/year – nothing to sneeze (cough?) at.

I can barely look at these two kids with those smoking sticks between their fingers. The posing is so well done, I can almost smell it wafting my way.

So, how long before Michael rats her out?

Before taking the first puff, take notice of the fact that smoking cessation is now a huge and profitable enterprise.

Smoking is an addiction just like crack.

AND that is exactly what the smoking industry likes to hear from our youth……

You’ll get wrinkles and yellow teeth, girls, and the bad breath that goes with it.

is that how she will explain it to her mom when the smell of the smoke on her clothes from the cigarette gives away what she just did.=?

Mom will notice the smell.

Tobacco is not the only hazard to your health. With all that processed food and sugar Michael eats, he is also in danger of getting high blood pressure.

Mike, being a true Canadian, is “sawry”.

And of course you can keep from getting pregnant if you stay awake—y’know, you don’t actually sleep with him.

Mom will know Elizabeth. You will reek of cigerrete smoke.

Nobody ever plans to get hooked on cigarettes, heroin, or crack.

Smokers don’t realize how much they stink and kids like Dawn & Liz (& Candace) haven’t figured it out yet. Yes, mom would notice and I expect that Dawn’s mom, being an nurse would really let her have it. I don’t know how this story ends, but I would like to see a nurse’s POV about this.

Best advice——don’t start! Then you’ll never have to quit.

The only addiction I ever had was nicotine, picked up in a couple years in a war zone. It was the worst thing I brought home, and the hardest to get rid of… but I did.

You take up smoking cuz you want to look cool

You end up looking like a Halloween ghoul.

Screw the “This is my life!” bullcrap! If you don’t quit right now, then Mom will make you quit!
