I’m partial to a slice of cheese on mine…that’s healthy right?

“And today, I’ll eat ice cream without apple pie.”

I don’t like apple pie. Can’t stand biting into the pieces of apple.

My motto is eat what I like when I like. The only time I gained weight was caused by psych medication, 17kgs of fluid. Otherwise I’ve been around 83kgs since I stopped growing.

If you are lactose intolerant, you’ll be on the commode after a la mode.

Gaining on things — a little.

He meant to say An apple pie.

Cutting out just a little bit does make a difference.

I eats when I’m hungry,

I drinks when I’m dry,

And if the whiskey don’t kill me, I’ll live ’till I die.

Baby steps, but a good one…..

Dropping the ice cream is helpful unless Cosmo doubled the size of his pie slice, which is probably the case.

I watch my diet all day long. It’s those late nights that I haven’t conquered yet!

Was it a no sugar pie?

On a trip to England some years ago, Dad ordered apple pie with cream. He didn’t realize that the slice of pie was served on a bed of cream. The whole bottom crust was soaked in it. That was a stark example of cultural differences.

Our Publix Grocers has apple pie ice cream as a seasonal special this month. Surprisingly good for a store brand (and way cheaper than the name brands too).

Every little bit helps. Eventually you learn to eat an apple without the pie. :)
