I encountered a car in traffic yesterday whose speakers (shouters?) were shaking my entire car. On the rear windshield, it said “IT’S NEVER LOUD ENOUGH”. No need to question which volume that jerk read.
Actually, he’s wearing a monocle ans seeing a spot in front of his eye.
