Yes, Poncho! But wasn’t this “dynamically motivated self-actualizer” the one who ended up falling into his own trap (or being thrown under a rock, a car, or onto a cactus…)?
When I was a kid, I identified with the Road Runner, of course. By my forties, having seen the cartoons only occasionally as an adult, I realized that I was identifying wholly with the Coyote. I wonder when the transition occurred, and over how long a span?
A dynamically motivated self-actualizer with delusions of adequacy and a genetic predisposition to sub-optimal performance. And a genius. Ah, yes, we have much in common.

Isn’t a coyote also a type of dog? Wile E. could be a distant relative of Poncho here.

Wile E Coyote was a genius he just had the misfortune of dealing with a company like ACME their gear never worked out for him .

A Matter of Perspective: See the Roadrunner as the “villain” – causing our “victim” (poor old Wile E Coyote) to get injured in so many ways.

Here’s a tip, Poncho – use the Wile E. Coyote plan that actually worked.

That explains a lot of politicians these days. I wonder what roadrunner tastes like?

The roadrunner was a massive sadist and pure evil incarnate.

This is like thinking Johnny not Daniel was the titular character of ‘The Karate Kid’.

The coyote was just doing what coyotes do, chase prey for food. He just had more of a flair in his chasing style and SO MUCH more bad luck…..

Pretty sure that if you have to trap a potential date in a cage, that is illegal and considered kidnapping…

Poncho is the epitome of a delusional personality, but he’s also hilarious.
