Um…where do these people live that they can even think about surfing in November??

In Matunuck RI where this all goes down, it is surfing year round!

1968. December. 4 friends. 1 VW bug. I new surfboard and 1 wetsuit one of us was good enough to get for Christmas. Riding up and down the ocean front road showing off the new stick when Merry Christmas waves start rolling in in sets of 4! Picture 4 wave hungry guys taking turns in the wet suit and changing clothes at warp speed in the VW to catch every wave we could. Hot surf on a freezing day is possible with Santa’s help.
