Nothing like a boiled spinach monster to scare the cr*p out of kids.

My son did something like that one year at his mom’s house. He lounged on the porch swing, dressed as a pumpkin-headed scarecrow. The little kids got a free pass. It was more fun scaring the older kids or even the parents. As a trick or treater arrived on the porch he’d start swinging or moving just enough to make people wonder what’s going on. But if they came near for a closer look, he went into full scare mode. He said it was the best Halloween ever.

Did the kids get scared of the mask,his face or both? Some people don’t need a mask to scare others.
