I think currently the college graduation rate is 60/40, favoring females. I remember having to argue to get put in more advanced math classes. I also tried to get into shop class since I already knew how to cook and sew, but there was no mold-breaking allowed back then. I was already, in middle school, designing and making most of my own clothes.

Women are highly favored in education these days and males have become marginalized. Not a good practice. Can’t we just support ALL our students?
