I went out for a walk yesterday morn. Saw about half a dozen others and all but one was looking at their phones. And, these were retired people just like me! Sad!
I remember one day while we were living in Alaska I started to fly my kite. The weather was perfect, breezy and warm. When my kite reached the end of my string I tied another ball of string to the first one. When that reached the end we had one more string. We tied it to the end of that string on the kite. We had no idea if we could reach the end of the third ball. By this time the kite was way out there. Started playing out that string and the kite kept getting farther and farther away from us. We could barely see the kite. When the string was about 3/4 of the way out, the string broke somewhere far away. Goodbye kite. I thing we set some kind of record.

Yes, and it’s a shame if you don’t enjoy it just a bit.

Still is, my friend. No man is unhappy who is flying a kite.
