Excellent answer, not that it will do any good.

Algebra isn’t about numbers; it’s about learning how to think and how to solve problems.

Strangely, I’ve used a lot of trig. Not much on x’s and y’s. Never had to worry about Train A leaving Timbuktu and Train B leaving Fishkill or anything like that.

I never took algebra or calculus. It all seemed like nonsense…
