Fred…you can always tell a Terrier but you can’t tell them much!

I’m assuming given Fred’s look in panel two that our favorite basset hound was once again voted #1 in the local dog show.

Well,Fred, we all know you’ve come in first before but let Jock feel his, in his mind, victory. Second isn’t bad as you should know. You haven’t always been number one. In fact a time or two, you were shut out. Be a good friend and congratulate him.
