Every action of every football player on the field is being recorded, officially, or by the media.

Except, of course, when it’s a comic strip.

I haven’t cheered this much for a slow guy since the Tortoise in his race against the Hare, and from the looks of it Mugg is even better protected than the aforementioned reptile!

Two questions: Has football ever been described as a “Game of inches”, one of the few things I know about the game is that it’s measured in yards, and is that Skipper cheating by punching Mugg?

Is punching even legal?

Uh (Mugg is it?) here an idea – hand the ball back to Duram who will run for the score, seeing as both teams are all on you… or does that make too much sense?
