ohhhh the stories I heard about airport security. If they tossed away a sunscreen, well, it’s bad but it’s a chemical thing and they might be scared of some stuff out of security concerns. A friend, got his rubber blower for camera sensor cleaning tossed out (just rubber ball that blows air, nothing inside). They told him (in one way or another): You, or the blower. I’m still thinking about that, what danger could it have been lurking with an air blower (it’s not even a sharp object)
When I was there in 1995 for a work related thing all the souvenir shops sold moccasins and had big signs about them in the windows. I’m still mulling that over.
There ought to be a moratorium on any more building in Las Vegas followed by a culling of large hotels and casinos. They are running out of water. The town should not have been allowed to exist.
We just returned from Vegas celebrating my granddaughter’s twenty-first birthday. I’m the one that the TSA picks out of the group for extra scrutiny. I must have a guilty demeanor. It was hot as heck dashing from one casino to the other. It was tiring, but we had a good time.
I get skin pain even when I have sunscreen on. The beauty or 100% zinc sunscreen is that it takes longer for it to wear off and it can be applied to a sunburn to soothe and heal. It even prevents peeling!

There are also some decent restaurants if you look past the casino buffets and some of the shows can be good if pricey.

Whenever we would fly my dad would always get hung up with TSA, while my mother and I breeze through like butter.

GI Joe heads, great vacation! I gambled $1.25 in Vegas (lost it) and still had a great weekend.

Yes, lots of interesting things to do in Vegas besides gambling. We took the kids one time and had so much fun…..and didn’t gamble once.

Is it just me, or is Dan’s beard getting more voluminous with each strip?
