I’ve seen those people bring their pets at any place anywhere they go as they please. But they must remember that their pets should be in a “service.” for example, blind person need the service dog to guide where both of them go, accompany with the disabled person on the wheelchair to pull foward on the way. and such like that. Fred should be in a “service.”
