@Number Three Today’s strip Is funny , one way or another our HERO Mr Andrew Capp manages to get wet :o) my avatar again is my birth sign Leo roaring because he’s in a good mood like I am, How was your day? our day should be slightly busy, no shopping to do or errands tor just keep inside and keep hydrated because it’s hot outside Keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady.
On Saturday, I mentioned that Chester has topped a survey to find the city with the most beautiful buildings and that it beat Venice into second place and London into third. I also recalled mentioning a few weeks ago that Chester came joint eighth in a survey to establish the most British cities in Britain by fish and chip shops, pubs and average rainfall. Someone asked me which city was “most English”. Britain includes Scotland and Wales as well as England but it was an English city that was most British. That city was Plymouth. As Plymouth is in southern England, it will have been very short of rainfall this summer.
I’m currently writing to you from the library. I need to go into the supermarket to get my Weetabix Breakfast Drink for tomorrow. It’s also KFC day tomorrow as well!
It has been rather warm today and I would have worn lighter clothes (I’m wearing that dress in my avatar) if I had known. In my experience you can never be prepared for the weather so I no longer try.
Considering going to bingo on Friday but as usual, I’ll have to see if I feel like it. I could feel myself becoming addicted when I first started going so I made myself go less. I hope that bee sting I got on Sunday brings me luck in some way.
I’m very proud of myself for not totally freaking out on the bus because I really thought it was a wasp and those things terrify me. However wasps don’t leave their stinger in apparently. It was either a honey bee or a hornet. I don’t know or really care enough to think about it. My arm was hurting like hell.
Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal.

Flo could then get a glass of ice. And then pour it down Andy’s collar. That might, just might sober him up a little.

What a waste of water given it’s now a drought crisis in Britain!

Andy would never willingly drink water. He knows what fish do in it!

I am sure Flo is being generous when she said Andy had ONE beer too many. Knowing Andy, it was most likely several too many.

What a waste of good water.
Although saying that, I tend to throw water on myself when the weather is too warm for my liking. I’m not very good at drinking it.

Andy’s lucky that Flo didn’t ask for a bucket of water.

Regardless of the measuring units that the UK uses, for Andy, the metrics are too high when it comes to water and too low when it comes to beer!

If this was “You Can’t Do That On Television”, Andy would complain and say “water” or “I don’t know.” (We know what happens!)
