@Number Three Today’s strip IS funnny my avatar today again is a picture of Rowan Atkinson our Fav actor as Mr Bean griinning because he’s in a good mood like I am, ours how was your day? ours should be slightly busy but we will cope we both are in a good mood no shopping or errands to run just just sta in the house and keep hydrated because it’s hot outside , keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady.
That’s the size of a newspaper, not a book… Unless it’s one of those coffee table bools, but that would not be Dickens… But I bet Andy’ll give ’im the Dickens!
I was at KFC earlier and you now have to ask to use the toilets. I swear the UK is getting more and more restricted when it comes to public toilet availability. It’s a basic human right. I did notice that KFC had a bit of scaffolding up and only half the seating area was being used. I don’t know what’s going on with it. Or whether the toilet situation is related to both of those things. Anyway let’s hope it’s not permanent. I’ll still go to KFC (simply because I get 25% off and it’s within walking distance) It’ll take a lot more than the toilet situation to lose my custom.
I’ve made £24 so far on a Cashback website and one of the tasks I done on it today was to sign up for a 1 month free trial with Deezer which is a music app that allows songs to be played in the background and there are full albums on there too. I’m really enjoying being a “Premium” member. Naturally I have the British band ‘Oasis’ as a “Favourite” I can’t cash out to my PayPal until all 15 stages on Cashback have been completed and approved.
My next carvery is 21st Sept. I made my reservation today.
Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal.
Yesterday, I read one of my Andy Capp books. Talk about classic literature. Charles Dickens is alright, but when it comes to classic literature, I prefer Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. (Sherlock Holmes.)

It reminds me of school many years ago when I said that I had never heard of Helen Keller but was quite familiar with “Helter Skelter.”

I’m surprised it’s not “The History of Beer”.
