You can damage your kidneys drinking too much water every day. My late mother ended up doing that with bottled water and she was on dialysis machines 3 times a week, 4 hours per session for her remaining few years.

While it is possible to drink too much water, I don’t think I could manage it. I would probably pass out from exhaustion by making too many trips to the bathroom.
A health site said a liter+ per day or 12-8oz glasses. An impractical requirement for the average person who is not exercising or doing physical labor of some kind every day.
Another site that sells tv’s said that average viewing distance of 3-5 feet was correct for 30-40" tv. Just be sure to have your optometrist on speed dial.
The world is full of ‘experts’ who seem to have no realistic connection to the human race.
You mean just …water. Plain old water? Why? I mean coffee, or even tea, I can get behind, but all that plain water is bound to lead to problems. I mean really. Think of the environment.

His potassium and sodium levels are going to be dangerously skewed. He could also drown in his own organ tissue. Just a comic…I know.

The whole “drink 8 glasses of water a day” thing is bunk. It’s actually 8 CUPS of water a day, as in the unit of measurement.
And you don’t have to drink it all either. Water in food counts.
