Puddles… Don’t eat Santa’s cookies!! lol

Oh well, I guess he could stand to lose a little weight. =)

Will Puddles try to see Santa? Maybe he’ll meet the Grinch instead

Puddles, you little sneak thief! You may eat Santa’s cookies and get away with it, but Rudolph will put up with no nonsense about his snack!

We’re all set up for a blow out Sunday strip!

What about the other reindeer? Nothing for them?

How come Rudolph is the only reindeer to get a snack?

When my wife was growing up, they had a dog who ate carrots by standing them up and eating from one end down to a stub, which he left. Her younger sisters believed in Santa for years just because Rudolph must have eaten the carrots.

So what is going on here? Did Puddles have to go made a puddle? Did he not like it what Luann rolled over? What gives?

No! Chocolate bad for Puddles!

Oh dear. Those look like chocolate cookies! Not something you want to put in a dog’s reach. I’m also wondering why 19 year old Luann is putting out cookies for Santa Claus.

I don’t really see anyone in this house playing Santa. Maybe Bwad, if he’s spending the night. Have a carrot Bwad.

He’s not daft……

Just a nice, simple, contented cartoon. A keeper.

So hopefully we won’t see this same cartoon when Luann is 30.

at least eat some of the carrot Puddles…

Hope those are carrot cookies and not chocolate!

Maybe Luann will think Santa was there, nah she will know who did it.

And, after eating the carrot, Puddles’ nose turned red and lit up. He raced up to the rooftop, slid down the chimney, and knocked over the Christmas tree.

“Drat!”, he thought. “We don’t have a cat to blame this on.”

So, he ate the cookie. Then went in and barfed it up on Luann’s bed.

Luann rolls over in her sleep and has a soft, warm feeling – also dreaming that the smell of the cookie is Nancy making cookies in the kitchen.

Yum!

Which one is he going to eat?

When my girls were young, we had 3 dogs (and a cat) and one Christmas morning, the girls ran out to see what Santa brought, when my youngest stepped in a pile of poo one of the dogs left…Without missing a beat and before her sister could start crying, she yelled out, “Reindeer poo!” And after that we always left the carrots outside for the reindeer.Merry Christmas all!

Would have been better if Luann had left out a bottle of Coke for St. Nick. Santa Claus holding a bottle of Coke is my favorite Christmas image. Best of all, it’s something Puddles won’t touch.

All the dogs in my adult life loved a crunchy cold carrot as a snack.

Long week for Luann.

What a cute thing, Puddles wants to meet Santa Claus again♡. Or at least be part of his magic by participating in the “mystery” of the disappearance of food.

LuAnn was nestled all snug in her bed,While visions of Greg 12-24 danced in her head.When out of her throat and nose, there rose such noise,Poor little Puddles left in a dash, the cookies for Santa, now part of his stash.

Puddles shouldn’t eat human food. The last thing we want is for a main character to be killed off at this time of year.

If those are chocolate cookies, LuAnn may wake up to find Puddles DEAD! And why does only one reindeer get a carrot?

Wouldn’t this scene be better at Brad and Toni’s, with Shannon leaving out the treats? Of course, there’s no Puddles there to steal them.

So THAT is what happened to all the cookies my brother and I left out for Santa! The dog ate them; and to think, all this time I blamed my parents…

And here we have Luann, a grown woman in a house with no children, putting out treats for Santa. Has nobody told her yet? This isn’t helping ease the “Luann is developmentally disabled” rumors.

So true.

I hope it’s Puddles sees Santa not Puddles eats chocolate chip cookies.

OMG how many of you are so angry all the time? My IN-Laws did something like this well into their elder years. It was FUN. It was for family tradition. We never thaought they were ’diabled" they were 2 of the most intelligent, kind, giving people one couled ever know. My mother did this until I got married, even though I was in my 20s. IT WAS FUN and laughter.

Remember the time we put out milk and cookies for Santa. When our son woke up the morning to check his stocking we realized we forgot to remove the cookies and some of the milk. However our dog saved the day as he ate the cookies and drank the milk as far as he could reach into the glass!

Puddles! Remember that old song!

Cryin’ out loud people, it’s a comic strip. Some of you take this far to seriously and have become as bad as Bernice. I’ve had a couple dogs who ate chocolate a couple times then barfed it right up. And they lived to a ripe old age. It’s Christmas, people – give it a rest.
