One must understand life when one opens foot and inserts mouth. Also a good rule is never put your foot in your mouth when you’re wearing stiletto heels, you will get the point.

I wish public figures would keep their political opinions to themselves, but they can’t. Apparently their egos won’t let them, and then I have to try to separate the art from the artist, which can be difficult at times. SMH.

This proves that MMM and Rita, no matter how many problems they have, are not the worst company and manager in the world. The guy definitely has enough money saved up to make a good living.

And, he should have, had to have, known better. He must know that liberals own most of the media outlets. So, it was almost like he was intentionally biting most of the hands that were feeding him. Again, SMH. Maybe he already has enough money that he just doesn’t care and thinks he will be OK financially from the income generated by his website and the outlets that did not drop Dilbert?

I actually read what Mr. Adams said, I wonder how many commenters here have done same? I expect this from Prickly City, but not here.

My paper dropped Dilbert… I dropped the paper. Leftist print media continues to kill itself with their leftarded, woke, SJW, stupidity and then they whine about declining subscriber numbers.

A personality change or uncharacteristic rant can be an early symptom of onset dementia. He was expressing a fear that got extended into bigotry. He should get checked professionally.

Benefitting from Mr. Adams creation, using his own work to to make a point against Mr. Adams seems somewhat hypocritical.

Did you miss all the people boycotting Disney because of a gay kiss or burning Kapernick jerseys etc. or making laws to ban books. You can choose to listen to the self-confessed liars at Fox and others have the same right to ask for them to go away. That’s freedom. The fact you think only one group of people is doing it only shows you aren’t getting a full spectrum of news and facts…

I stopped following Dilbert when I heard what Adams supported and it wasn’t the working class.

I think “Freedom of Speech” really means you are only allowed to say whatever you want about politicians and nobody else. Ask Mr. Trump how he feels day after day about people putting him down but nobody getting fired from their job or their comic strip dropped from the newspapers. How about Jesus? When people defend Jesus that is bad, but when people put down Jesus they are treated like a hero in today’s world. How about Santa Claus? A guy who doesn’t even exist? When we tell people there is no such thing as Santa you are some kind of criminal and should be banished from this planet but when you tell people he exists and he is the greatest thing in the world, you should be president. I think we need to fix the world so that everybody can live in peace and harmony.

I mean, the publisher didn’t drop Adams until it got so bad that the company might be found liable. So no cheering, just a feeling of “finally”.

For those who don’t know, the phrase “It’s OK to be White” has been used as a racist dog whistle which is why some people are not cool with it. It’s not the concept itself, it’s the use of the phrase.

Mitchell noted that the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has labeled “it’s okay to be white” as a hate slogan, and the organization traced the phrase’s origins to a trolling campaign on the discussion forum 4chan.

“Whether the original trollers were white supremacist or not, actual white supremacists quickly began to promote the campaign—often adding Internet links to white supremacist websites to the fliers or combining the phrase with white supremacist language or imagery,” the ADL wrote.

For those curious about the actual poll questions and answers:

BLACK AMERICANS ONLY:“It’s okay to be white.”53% agree, 26% disagree, 21% not sure

“Black people can be racist, too”76% of agree, 27% disagree, 8% not sure.

Hoo… topical! Of course, as two utterly toxic bosses they’d probably get along just fine.
