I bet these 5 Guys don’t make burgers but I’ll bet they’ll be handy for the eatin’.

Wait times at my vet used to be long sometimes, but lately, I get in almost before I have a chance to sit down in the waiting room.

From yesterday’s comments – Wow! Tad saw a lot of birds yesterday! I was just happy to see a female cardinal in my yard. And I saw a bunch of red-winged blackbirds at my brother Mark’s place while I was there planting some of my garden. I planted 4 hills of acorn squash, 2 hills of butternut squash, 2 hills of zucchini, 4 rows of green beans and 5 rows of sweet corn. I also planted more zinnias right next to the green beans. I considered planting a few watermelons, but I was too bushed. Maybe I’ll do that today. The beans and potatoes that I planted earlier are starting to come up, along with a bunch of weeds. So I weeded that area too. Over 3 hours in the garden! I won’t be that long in the garden today.

Graham, these are lovely cats.

Am I the only one who tried to make these out as one of the ten cats? Only the red one threw me. Others I assumed were slightly different versions of the cast kitties

Are they all going to the vet?? It’s not the vet’s fault for the wait, there is a huge shortage of techs and others needed to run a clinic. Our local clinic had a help wanted sign up for months that included a bonus year’s pass to Mammoth and other mountains for skiing – worth several hundred dollars.

Just before it was time to go on TC last night, my tablet said 15%, so I plugged it in. A few seconds later it winked off. A half hour later it said 6%. Phoney, I went to bed early.

Some new cats, and so cute. I love the striped tabby and the cinnamon kitty.

James H. is one of the reasons I no longer watch Jeopardy, along with Ken Jennings. I was addicted to it for decades, but now, I can’t stand it. Too many obnoxious people.

I wish they would go back to the old style where someone had to leave after they won five games. And shut Ken Jennings up.

Now the show has been taken over by very weird people who spend years memorizing trivia so they can come on and make a bundle of money. And people look up to them and think they are smart. No, they just memorize. Like one champ said one time — you can’t waste your time reading a famous book, you just have to memorize the name and author and read a quick synopsis, and you don’t have to know anything about a country, just its capital and where it is on the map.

End of rant.

I love today’s cats all being in color! It’s lovely! Really adds to their personalities.

Apparently Jeopardy is a feline favorite.

Very funny comic today. I especially like the third cat’s joke about seeing smaller bills on a pelican. The artwork is good too. On another note, saw a squirrel, eight robins, a sparrow, a Swainson’s thrush, and a rabbit while out walking today.
