    This is only too true. Get a kick @ss system, and in less than 3 months, it’s been superceded.

    Web server in a personal computer? in the 90s?

    Proof that Mrs. G. didn’t have a great knowledge of computer systems… Either that or she meant to say Web Browser.

    “But we have Netscape 3.0! It fully supports HTML 2.0!”

    LOL, Webspider! As I was reading it, I was thinking “Web server?? That’s odd…” I agree that she meant to say web browser. :-)

    I have encountered many, too durn many, computer ‘consultants’ who, within 5 minutes of ‘examination’ started a list of ‘must’ replacements. I had one client where the ‘consultant’ advised replacing the power cord…

    The single valid recommendation that I always agreed with was if the computer does not start at all, check the power supply!
