There are plenty of blondes walking around Switzerland and just like everywhere else, only 5% or so of them are natural blondes. And more to the point, hair care sales per capita are USD $41 per capital in Switzerland not so different from the USD $47 for the biggest market in the US.

Obviously she doesn’t have the slightest clue of the multinational population of Switzerland.

This is a repeat comic from a few years ago. But I will post the same comment I posted then. There are plenty of people that are not blonde in Switzerland. But also, even many natural blondes will buy blonde hair dye when their hair starts to turn gray.

At least she didn’t say his excuse is like an air conditioner salesman in Alaska.

Apparently though, some people there are buying them, according to the old saying.

Maybe in Norway, then…?

She’s doubtless referring to Sweden which is purported to be full of nothing but blondes. (Also not true — I know a couple of dark-haired Swedes). The Swiss are not known for their extreme blondness.

Wrong! The majority of Swiss people are NOT blonde. You need to be in the Nordic countries for that feature to be dominant.

How about Sweden?
