One of the last years my 2 youngest (twins) were in grade school, the district said on the supplies list not to put your child’s name on anything, because everything was going into pile to be divided up equally among the students so no kid had better things than the others. My solution was to write "Paid for by Farrell Kahtz. " on everything I bought, in permanent ink.
