When you write a comic strip about sports, but know nothing about sports…turn it into a soap opera.

I think I finally figured things out. Henry had a HS PE teacher who didn’t treat him like the gentle, tender snowflake that he is and writing Gil Thorpe like this is his way of getting back at all HS coaches. ;-)

Do we know for sure that PP2 takes place at the Oakwood vs. Milford game, or could it be that Mimi has taken Keri to root for Pedro at the Valley Tech game instead?

I think this is what’s at play here, except with panels: “William S.
