I rule deliberate attempt at mayhem because he did not remove the dangerous spoon. (Once spoons get a taste of yoghurt they become unpredictable).

I knew someone who had a cat and a dog. The cat was always teasing the dog, swiping a claw across his snout, and eating the dogs food. The dog never did anything about it for three years, until he had enough. It was a big mess. Watch it, Bucky.
