Speaking of Iowa, the other day on Jimmy Kimmel Live, they asked people on the street to point out Iowa on a map of the US. Nobody could find it! (Although I’m sure some judicious editing was involved.)
In reality, it can take anywhere from 20 to 100 gallons of raw maple sap to make one gallon of pure maple syrup. Twenty is the most common during peak season. The question I would like to see answered is how many7 gallons syrup is needed to make a gallon of maple cream. (delicious stuff!)
14,280 pancakes in 4 hours with only one volunteer making them would be a huge undertaking. With 100 volunteers? Not so much. Just 35.7 pancakes per volunteer per hour.
Rather weak material today, RBION. The maple syrup one was interesting though. Did not know that. I don’t understand why they’re having trouble coming up with fresh material—there’s more information now than ever, right at your fingertips, there are remarkable things happening all over the world. Some of it is too depressing for RBION though. As for example there are half the fish in the sea now as compared to 50 years ago.

That may be a misreading of “all bacon is pork” though not all pork is bacon.

Did they call legislation which benefited a representative’s own district bacon, too?

500 years ago there weren’t as many words. Dictionaries came in pocket-size.

Many years ago meat was all food. Veggies, bread, etc.
