Sleazy dumps are usually owned by sleazy people anyway so, it’s par for the course I guess.

There are no clever lines…only desperate men.

Not true : there are clever line, and some of them work really well. In this case, not so much.

i liked Les Nessman’s line (used on Jennifer at the end of one episode where Johnny, Andy, Venus and Les all pretended to pick her up in a bar). “I’m extremely wealthy.”

Not only does she own the joint, she’s pretty good at serving, too.

I noticed about the cigarette and ashtray between the sleazy lady and the drunken joker on the first panel. On the second panel, the cig and ashtray moved to the sleazy lady’s left side. That must be an odd.

Les’ line is the only line Jennifer ever wanted to hear. She liked older wealthier men that tire easily.

It is viewed from a different angle.

Wildmustang is right – somebody has the ashtray on a string and is dragging it slowly along the bar (that’s why it’s missing in panel three.)
