Notice in the 1st panel neither neighbor is on the couch. The 2nd panel only shows the woman.

Awkward, but funny.

This reminds me of an amusing episode, when I was stationed overseas… our 4-man fire station was right next to the Security Police barracks. At about 3:30, one morning, someone stumbled into our bunk room, and crawled into bed with an older guy we called “Grandpa (it was unusual for someone his age (56yrs) to be riding the tailboard of a fire truck!).” It turns out, one of the cops, who was on his night off, came back drunk, thought he was in his own barracks, and just climbed into bed. The look on Grandpa’s face was priceless! Suffice to say, we called the base police, and they came, and collected him
