A three-part classics update is on the menu for the 28th:
Rick goes out to Wolf Hyde’s ranch to pin him down for ordering the gunning-down of Notch Carver. Looks like Rick’s gonna need to expand his investigation.
What do you feed an aardvark when your landlord doesn’t allow ants in the apartment? What do you feed a dog who only gets meatless bones for dinner. I’d lock the bedroom door at night, and hope Waldo and Tornado look to the kitchen instead.
Slim is all ready to go on his first step to success in the business world. The key to his future.. is finding it.
~ Poor Walt’s in a real state ! Without his input Skeezix will be stymied in his ability to help ward off whatever horrible name is pending for the ‘Alley burg’.
So… have they, at any point, actually articulated WHY it’s so important that the town’s name stays the same? There’s been a whole lot of shock and indignation, but not a lot of substance behind either. I’m not sure if I were Skeezix I’d want to spend too much of my remaining time on this earth arguing with politicians over a clerical change. Maybe if I knew I was going to take after my adoptive uncle and I’d still be around after the heat death of the universe.
I never knew GA was the name of a town. I thought it was the name of a garage. I only ever started following the strip when I got a computer. Our local paper did not carry it.

Having endured the sadness of watching my own parents go through it, I do not find senility to be the least bit funny.

Oh boy! We’re in trouble. This is the state of mind we needed Walt to drive the city council into.

Perhaps Walt should tattoo “Remember Sammy Jankis” onto his hand.
