Used to love spin biking at LA Fitness (uninstructed), only gym here in FL is Planet fitness, doesn’t have it, BUT you get what you pay for.
Electric motor, but the lycra clad still kick your butt. Except on a really steep hill.
They forgot going downhill.
And depending on where you live, wildlife…
