The FDA finally invented that elusive once-a-day pill I’ve always been waiting for? The one that fulfills all nutritional requirement and eliminates the need to eat at all for the rest of the day? One can always hope…
I adopted a lifetime motto: “I’d rather be happy in a short life than miserable in a long one,” when the “eat this, not that” craziness began and they kept changing the rules about what as healthy.
Made it to 80+ with that motto and still well underway (if I ignore my knees complaining about being used).
